Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the services we deliver, which are covered by a separate written agreement.

01Who we are
This website is operated by RTCH Foundry. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RTCH Foundry. You can reach us at info@rtchfoundry.com.
02What these terms cover
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Any engagement to audit, design, build, migrate, host or maintain software is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website varies, overrides or forms part of such an agreement.
03This website is not an offer
The site describes our services and is provided for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services on any particular terms or at any particular price. We provide pricing only in a written proposal following discussion of your requirements.
04Illustrative figures and the savings model
The savings model on our economics section is an illustration built on simplified assumptions. It estimates a one-time build fee as a proportion of one year of your current spend, ongoing hosting and maintenance as a smaller proportion, and applies an assumed annual increase to the incumbent contract. Those assumptions are generic and will not match your circumstances.
The outputs of that model, and any worked example on this site:
- are not a quotation, offer, valuation or forecast;
- are not financial, accounting, tax, procurement or legal advice;
- do not account for your actual scope, integrations, data migration, compliance obligations, internal costs or contractual commitments; and
- should not be relied on for any budgeting, planning or contractual decision.
Real figures depend on the specifics of your situation and are confirmed only in a written proposal. Percentages such as the proportion of features typically used are general industry observations, not measurements of your organisation.
05Third-party names and trademarks
We name third-party software products on this site to identify the categories of tool we can replace and to draw comparisons. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only.
No affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by or partnership with any named vendor is stated or implied. Comparisons reflect our own view. Pricing characteristics we describe are generalisations about licensing models, not statements about any specific vendor's current terms.
06No professional advice
Content on this site is general in nature. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, security or procurement advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
07Intellectual property
The content, design, layout, code, text, graphics and branding of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services.
You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the site, or systematically extract its content, without our prior written permission.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
- scrape, crawl or place automated load on the site in a way that degrades it for others; or
- submit false, misleading or unsolicited commercial content through the contact form.
09What you send us
Information you submit through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive or personal data about third parties through the form. No obligation of confidentiality arises from an unsolicited submission; confidentiality applies once we have a signed non-disclosure or services agreement in place. Send only what you need to in order to start a conversation.
10Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any figures or descriptions, without notice.
11Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations and warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the content on this site, and as to its fitness for any particular purpose.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including any figure produced by the savings model.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and the date it was last changed is shown alongside the title.
15Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any such dispute.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Nothing here deprives you of any protection that applicable mandatory law in your place of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
